24.01.2022 Hi Everyone, Just one final communication before the grading. As you know we are all under strict Covid-19 Restrictions at present, as such we must treat the grading as an official gathering under the QLD Govt Guidelines and adhere to the rules, to make this possible we firstly need to limit the amount of people attending, please no more than two people per student/household to attend.... If we do this we can get everyone into the hall under the limits of the venue, we may need to move around a bit, remember members of the same family can sit together, you need to separate from other guests not in your household, I will space chairs in two’s, spare chairs in store room if needed and possible. I will open all the sliding doors etc to allow room there as well, if we all use common sense and work together we will get this done and work within the guidelines. Couple of other dot points please; Those still to pay the grading fees please do so asap. Please arrive 15 mins early for the grading Juniors arrive no later than 5.45pm and Seniors no later than 6.45pm ABSOLUTELY NO T-SHIRTS TO BE WORN, FULL DOBOCKS ONLY!! (anyone in a T-Shirt will not be grading) Please only take photo’s outside of the hall before and after the event no camera’s, mobile phones to be used during the grading (this is a National Standard that we must adhere to) Address of the venue is Corner of Gordon and Bainbridge Streets Ormiston Finally whilst it may be obvious there will be no normal training on Friday for either Alex Hills or the Scout Hall , Grading only on Friday. Training still on tomorrow night at the High School for those looking for a final tune up and practice, train lightly with common sense. See you all at the grading, have fun remember a grading is a demonstration NOT a competition. Cheers Chief Instructor Jeremy Ph; 0416238039
