21.04.2022 Covid update using Light Therapy.... I was attempting to use the Blue Panel daily for 20 minutes to keep viruses at bay, however due to my back pain becoming a little too intense, I missed the odd day, using the Red Light Bed (no Blue light) instead. I have two primary school children under the same roof, living with up to 80% of students absent due to COVID. My daughter contracted COVID and a result of not using the Blue Light often enough, I too contracted the virus. I woke... in the early hours with horrific back pain, a headache like no other, and the hot chills. Step 1/ I climbed under my Blue Panel for 24 minutes, with my chest exposed to the light. Results: Cold sweats gone, headache less severe, back pain less severe. Step 2/ (2 hours later) I climbed into the Red Light Therapy bed for 20 minutes. Results: All COVID symptoms gone. No more headache, chills, or back pain. On this day, I tested Negative using a RAT test. The following day, with no symptoms I tested Positive. I remained positive for 5 days, however the only symptom after the initial 6 unwell hours, was asthma, which developed on the 3rd day. Compared to what it can get too, it was moderate, and 1 week later, is gone. I am unvaccinated, now with no fear of the virus, however will continue to use the Blue Light Panel daily, as I do not enjoy being locked down for weeks at a time. What does upset me is that while in Europe Blue light and Ultraviolet light is being used to sterilise and kill viral contaminants, while in Australia, it is scoffed at.
