15.01.2022 As Ive always said my cooking is nothing special, i have a gift for making things taste good and making a little go a long way that stems from A mum who was the same and having 4 hungry mouths to feed on minimal $ over the years ...,as long as you have flour , eggs and milk and cream in this case you have a delicious hearty meal !! We went to the pub on Sunday night for $10 roast I didnt eat all mine so I got it put in a containers , here I blind baked some quiche base ( f...lour, butter and cold water) I chopped up the contentsbof the doggy bag , added some onions, mushrooms, baby spinach leaves, sweet potatoe, nutmeg and blob butter garlic and onion powder and roasted them all in the oven until Soft and squishy!!! Yum ! I added to quiche base and beat up 2 cups milk and cream and 6 eggs and poured over the veges then topped with grated cheese they are now in the oven See more
