19.01.2022 At Wynnum last Monday we went through some combos and did plenty of work on our Kata. Great focus and Kata is looking great! I see Orange Belts in many futures not far away

19.01.2022 I have been VERY slack with my posts recently, my apologies! Recent classes from Gumdale Dojo. Francis and Jake both graded to 9th Kyu Yellow Tip, congratulations! Good luck to everyone grading this weekend, I look forward to some new belts in the Dojo next week!

11.01.2022 Last week our Wynnum kids worked on creating powerful strikes using the focus mitts and we even had time for Kata. Keep improving those turns at home Don’t forget classes continue right through the holidays so come to one you haven’t done before!
