21.01.2022 The Reds Team are onsite at beautiful Pearl Beach today, introducing our latest project to the MBA Excellence in Housing Awards judges. Results will be announced later in the year. Fingers crossed.

20.01.2022 We're pleased to share some onsite photos taken at Naremburn this afternoon. We've demolished part of this semi-detached residence, extended it and added in a new first floor. Modern features, teamed with much-needed space and plenty of natural light, will make this a home to be enjoyed for many years to come.

20.01.2022 It’s a beautiful last day of summer today as we put the final touches on our Northbridge job. This project comprised demolition of the original property and construction of a new, architecturally designed residence. Following the excavation of 400m3 of rock, concrete suspended slabs and retaining walls were built, creating a spacious four-bedroom home. Large commercial sliding doors and windows provide access to rear and front terraces, which take full advantage of the spectacular water views.

With works more than 90% complete, we're delighted that it will open well ahead of schedule. Here are some preliminary shots prior to the wall decals, menus, noticeboards and final clean next week.

These alterations and additions have encompassed a full facelift of the exterior of the property and a complete modern upgrade to the internal living space. It was a pleasure working with Simon Wilson, from Potter & Wilson Architects, who provided this fantastic design.

01.01.2022 For our latest project, this roughly built, fibro-clad, one bedroom cottage was transformed into a relaxed, fully appointed, three bedroom beachfront home. Following an extensive demolition process, a number of structural modifications were made to bring the dwelling up to code. Structural elements were added to incorporate internal stairs lining the two levels and a large pergola beside the pool. Internally, the dwelling was transformed through the use of numerous imported f...inishes, fixtures and fittings. The new timber flooring was something that was new to us. It is described as Woca Antique Lye with a Diamond Oil applied to the Tasmanian Oak timber boards. Externally all the decking and timber work was required to age naturally and turn grey. For this to be achieved, recycled ironbark was sourced and used.
