25.01.2022 Tribes are important. Tribes need a leader and a leader need tribes. Seth Godin's book Tribes is a game changer for leaders who work in a business, or leaders who are doing their own business. Tribes can smell BS a mile away, so being authentic, genuine and selfless in what you are offering is important. Also, don't worry too much if a tribe doesn't follow you, there will be another that will. Tribes also follow an idea, and tribes will have their own thoughts about it - and that's good.

Plato also said that understanding thyself have a greater yielded factor of understanding the nature of a human being. Syllogistically he said, understanding oneself would enable oneself to have an understanding of others as a result So what was Pausanias about?... In organisational psychology, we call it self awareness. It is the key to everything.

This is why it's important to choose surveys that are of quality, rather than too many of the free ones online.
