12.01.2022 Our Principal Solicitor, Paul Snow, will be running the Melbourne Marathon in October to raise money/awareness for Domestic Violence Resource Centre Victoria (DVRCV). Domestic Violence is an epidemic currently experienced in Australia and a cultural shift is needed to help combat the effects of domestic violence in society. ABS statistics show that: - One in four women in Australia (almost 2.2 million women) have experienced at least one incident of violence by a male intimat...e partner. This includes sexual and physical violence. - One in 10 women in Australia (873,000 or 10%) have experienced sexual violence by a male intimate partner. - One in 12 men in Australia (694,100 or 8%) have experienced violence by a female intimate partner.

10.01.2022 It is with a mix of sadness and gratitude that we announce the departure of Paul Snow as a Principal Solicitor of Red Tree Legal. As one of the founders of Red Tree Legal, Paul has played a leading role in the development and success of our little law firm. Paul has accepted a position at the Law Institute of Victoria that was too good to pass up. We have no doubt Paul will do great things at the LIV and we wish him all best in the role (we also wish him with the daily comm...ute along the Princes Freeway!).
