25.01.2022 Congratulations to ETP's Justin Steele who represented South Australia in the U18 State team yesterday against the 2020 State League premiers Brighton. Unfortunately the official U18 State tournament was cancelled this year due to COVID but the team went home with a win, defeating Brighton 13 to 12! credit: Eagles Lax Photos

Consider donating it to 'Play It On', a charity organisation run by one of our junior parents Play It On collect unwanted sports gear, rejuvenate it and sell it online, the profits raised provide a subsidy for the sporting club fees of children from families that are financially challenged. 23.01.2022 Following yesterday’s press conference with the Premier Steven Marshall, SA Health and SAPOL, LSA has been advised that ALL community sport fixtures and trainin...g, both indoor and outdoor, are now suspended for a minimum of two weeks. We will continue to monitor the situation, work with relevant authorities and continue to update the lacrosse community as information becomes available. Please continue to remain vigilant and follow government guidelines. Ensure you practice good hygiene, maintain social distancing and monitor any symptoms that could be linked to COVID-19. 21.01.2022 *Re-post from Australian Lacrosse Association* With the unpredictability of COVID-19 outbreaks and the control measures to address and protect community health, a decision, through member engagement and risk assessment has been reached to cancel the planned Senior and U15 event for 2021. The ALA acknowledges that this decision is disappointing for all involved, however these decisions have been made in the best interest of members and to avoid any impacts of unpredictable out...breaks leading up to or during a national event. In the coming weeks the ALA in conjunction with the MAs will announce exciting, localised state competition concepts that will provide, localised opportunities for players to continue to develop and compete at a high level of lacrosse in the later stages of 2021. 21.01.2022 Congratulations to Matthew T Smith who was awarded the Lacrosse SA Men's Division 2 MVP for 2020! After taking a break for a few seasons Matt returned in 2020 as if he never left! Well done on a great year and a premiership to boot! Congratulations also to Tom Vickery who was awarded highest goal scorer! Tom is an asset to our Men's team and was also awarded the MVP for the Grand Final match this year.

A new date and location for the AGM will be announced as soon as possible. 04.01.2022 We are looking for a Canteen Manager! ? Help our club become a more enjoyable place to be whilst raising money for our junior and senior programs. This is a volunteer role ideally suited to a junior parent or non-playing member. The ETP canteen is open several Saturday's during the Lacrosse season when games are scheduled at our club, depending on the grades it could be AM only or all day. Key responsibilities: ... At only 17 years old Justin is a force to be reckoned with on the lax field and the Redwings family couldn't be prouder! We look forward to seeing more great things from this young player next season. Congratulations also go to Glenn Steele Lacrosse SA's 2020 Men's Division 1 joint highest goal scorer! Glenn continues to pile the points on the board season after season but is the ultimate team man and would do anything for his team mates and club. Congrats again to these two incredible players!
