24.01.2022 Well it is with heavy heart that it’s time with my commitments the Reebok Rippa is up for sale. This has been a great little car and has seen some of the best places in Australia whilst raising money for Cancer Council Australia I’m unable to partake in then upcoming rallies (Shitbox Rally - SBR) - *1990 Nissan Pulsar Reebok Edition 1.8lt Manual*... Features - personally signed by SBR’s founder James Freeman, 5spd Manual, Power Steering, Air Conditioning, Spot Lights, Spares, UHF, Owners Books 3 Owners, Roof Rack, Tow bar, Bullbar Would love to see the Rippa go to another SB rally or an enthusiast - $500.00, currently unregistered (plates aren’t for sale). Could do with new suspension but still a great little driver.

22.01.2022 Thanks to the sponsoring for this year, and it was unfortunate that the Rally was cancelled due to COVID-19. With the difficulty with raising funds to meet the minimum Ryan the Rippa was not to continue in the Rally. Today he has made his way to another home - for a new lease on life, the new owner seems like a genuine fella who will look after him. For all of the friends, family and business’ who supported us for SBR 2019 and to help into SBR 2020 we thank you!!.... We managed to raise $2921.00 for Cancer Council this year and funds will be dispersed as per the charity charter. This is the last post for the page.

15.01.2022 Yesterday was a fun drive home... the clutch cable was quiet worn meaning the disengagement of the clutch plate wasn’t happening Lucky in the Nissan Garage @ Home i had a trusty spare 5mins to remove and a bugger to fit back in 45mins later :D
14.01.2022 Good Grief - time is getting by, I know we as a nation are currently dealing with lots of fundraisers to assist families and animals from bushfire and drought, We are still campaigning to raise the required funds to help us participate in the rally for Autumn 2020. we are at $928 / $6000 target - every dollar will help dig deep where you can, and we are looking for corporate sponsorships. 10.01.2022 It's time for an update. As you all know that 2019/2020 has been a wild year for us Australian's and now moreso the greater international community (bush fires, floods and now COVID-19). We would like to thank all out supporters from the In-kind services and donations was have done a wonderful effort getting $2921- for Cancer Council Australia. Unfortunately the rippa is hard parked now due to the Broken Shoe Lace!.... We are not eligible for the Autumn 2020 rally which has been postponed to Autumn 2021. We didnt meet our minimum. Rest assured the funds we have all raised will be passed on to Cancer Council Australia. Ryan is now having a rest from being my daily driver and an intrepid traveller. It has been a great journey and one to pickup when the economics pick up and companies and people are in better positions to give to such a great cause. Thank you from Ashley, Trevor and Bill.
08.01.2022 Well today is the day a bloke comes to look at Ryan. I went out to start him up this morning, and no spark *he doesnt want to leave*, after some quick investigation the old Dizzy had clapped up. Off to the parts store in the back yard and bingo a nice good one in stock, bunged him in and bang fired first time .... Such a great car and will miss hopefully he will serve the next well.

However it is becoming grim to meet targets see for participation in the Rally with some deadlines approaching for eligibility coming : $2500 in Feb... $3500 in Mar $4500 in Apr $5000 in May and hopefully our target $6000 by the end of the Rally. I know it is an ask given many people have given to the bushfires and animals but we will all be affected by Cancer at some point of our lives.
