15.01.2022 This newly built, soon to be leased home needed a low maintenance and functional design. The plants needed to be super hardy and they wanted to avoid shading the neighbouring yard where the owners have their own veggie gardens. The design allows a tenant to have space to adapt the yard to their own needs and screens the service areas at the rear. The heavy clay soil was remediated with gypsum and compost, then mulched after planting to help the new plants thrive.
