24.01.2022 Real, live, in-person meetings continue tomorrow at iiHub. This week's theme is new beginnings, which feels very appropriate at the moment. The world may be upside down, but we can still take steps towards our own new beginning.

23.01.2022 Meet our Members Andrea Collins is our newly elected President. She has been a Toastmaster since 2016 and loves that it constantly pushes her outside her comfort zone. ... Her advice to new Toastmasters is, "Participate in all the meeting roles as much as possible. Participation is the key to developing speaking and leadership skills."

23.01.2022 Congratulations Andrea Collins on winning not one, but two shiny blue ribbons at this week's meeting. Winning best speaker for her contribution to our round robin as well as best table topics response, Andrea was absolutely killing it today.

15.01.2022 Meet our Members Rita Merrick may be new to Toastmasters, but she has been delivering talks to groups around the UK for longer than we're allowed to say. Despite her experience as a speaker, Rita joined Toastmasters because, "No matter how many talks we may have given in the past, we’ve always got more to learn about presentation, content, and delivery."

02.01.2022 What a great hour of power today at our weekly meeting .We had speeches with the theme of "New Beginings" weaved through them from Lilla Benigo and Rita Merrick Nikki Miller entertained and kept us on the hop with a great selection of tabletopics!! Toastmaster Andrea Collins kept us all on track and the winners this week were Rita Merrick-Best Speaker Vlaska Eriksson Best Evaluator and Andrea Collins - Best Tabletopics Thanks to all who attended and for your input.

02.01.2022 Precious time shared in our meeting today by old timers, new members & enthusiastic guests. The pace flowed & was kept from becoming hectic thanks to terrific timekeeping by new member Rihards. Lilla won best speaker with a heartfelt piece, best evaluator, Vlasta, showed her experience & guest, Jenna wowed the audience with her impromptu table topics speach. Congratulations to all & thanks for everyone's participation & multi tasking.
