Peanut Butter Shortbread Dog Cookies Ingredients: 2 cups natural peanut butter (check ingredients for xylitol, a dangerous ingredient) 1/2 cup milk (coconut or soy milk is fine for dogs with a dairy issue) 2 cups AP flour (you can substitute part for oat flour or whole wheat flour) 2 eggs 1 tsp vanilla extract Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees Line two baking trays with baking paper Cream the peanut butter for a few minutes until fluffy and lightens in colour and texture Add the milk and stir to combine Gradually add the flour in until mixed Turn out onto a floured surface to roll out Roll out half the dough and cut out using a simple shaped cookie cutter as the dough may be a little too crumbly for a fancy shape. Bake for 20 minutes or until just starting to turn golden around on the bottom and the edges. Leave to cool completely on the baking sheets.
