12.01.2022 Reenergise is still alive and kicking. Operating out of my home, I offer quality body based counselling for affordable rates. For the person who wants to be in control of their own healing journey and is prepared to try something a little different. Ask those who have tried it before. Body based counselling involves sensing into the feelings in the body to locate the place of trauma where the breath has become trapped, drawing the shape and colour of this place of discomfort,... and then safely stepping into that shape to uncover and heal the earliest memory associated with that feeling using vibrations of specific sound and movement, visualisations and breathing in of the qualities that have been missing/needed drawing on powerful personal archetypes. Devised by psychologist/author: Patricia Sherwood, this method goes directly into the emotional DNA within the body to replace long held negative patterns and traumas with positive healthy vibrational patterns.
