The representative will then pass that information over to our finance specialists who will then assess your situation and determine the best solution to suit your needs. Once a conclusion has been reached, Refer a Loan will contact you and explain their results. In some cases, we might advise you to stay with your current provider. If we find you a more suitable provider and you are happy to get referred, we will contact the bank and arrange for them to get in contact with you.
