With inner city apartments, you need to be smart with your use of space and having a balance of style, functionality and storage space can be quite tricky. Luckily for us, our client had a clear vision of how she wanted her home renovation to look and feel. You be the judge and let us know how we went below .... 03.05.2022 Like everyone else, we were quite busy last year and didn't get the chance to share much of our work, so here is one that we are quite proud of. This client wanted fully adjustable wall shelving in their office/ activity room. Something that they could move around depending on what they wanted to display and that is exactly what they got! We'd never done anything like this before, but we were confident we could give this client exactly what they wanted.... Other cool features are the fold down bench and mobile pedestal units. 15.04.2022 BOLD, MOODY and SLEEK!!! This is how we'd describe the cabinetry we did for a newly built home in Coolbinia. Another top quality build by Cambridge Renovations. Boasting a large kitchen, along with laundry, bathroom, ensuite, powder rooms, linen cabinets and x3 built in robes. This home has utilised every bit of space from it's narrow block of land.... All cabinetry is in Aged Walnut from Laminex Australia and Turbine Grey stone benchtops from Caesarstone Australia. Congratulations to the home owners

10.04.2022 Back in 2018 we did our very first commercial job at the brand new Skin Fairy Clinic in Claremont. Fast forward to 2021 and we were lucky enough to be a part of the second Skin Fairy Clinic in Mount Hawthorn! As was the first shop, this one has a fine attention to detail, with a modern clean feel. With cabinetry to four treatments rooms, reception counter, store room, small office area, kitchenette, plus chuck in a cute funky little curved vanity and voilà, they've got themselves a sweet, sweet clinic.

11.03.2022 Awesome full home renovation!!! This house was purchased with the goal of fully renovating it and wow didn't these clients do an amazing job! With a full kitchen, laundry and bathroom do over, this home has completely changed. With cool features such as 2pac painted kitchen and laundry doors, with some nice timber touches in the laundry and bathroom. ... Storage, style and functionality is not a problem anymore! Congrats to all involved for making this house into a beautiful home

28.02.2022 Here's some before and after photos of a neat living room wall unit we installed in Madeley. Including some nice subtle touches of a V groove TV wall panel and shaker drawer fronts and doors. The fixed shelving and open top section allow for some neat places to display pops of colour and cherished items .

04.02.2022 Out with the old, in with the new!!! We've been super busy lately, which means we've been a little slack on sharing some of our work... but here are some before and after images of a kitchen we built in Mullaloo. This kitchen is loaded with goodies, such as frosted glass overhead doors with internal LED strip lighting, a heap of drawers (16 to be exact), a pull out double bin, 40mm thick Qstone benchtops and beautiful Furnipart handles and door knobs.... 25.01.2022 We did it!!! With the growth of our small business, we have purchased a 3700x1800 Homag CNC. This will definetly help our productivity and efficiency. Big thanks to Wood Tech for the sale and install of the machine and dust extraction, Strategic Electrical & Communications for all the electical upgrades and Matty Van Sambeeck for setting up this cool time lapse, the kid is a legend!

25.01.2022 Timber veneer and concrete tiles, a match made in heaven!!! Here is a some bathroom cabinetry we built for a home in Ocean Reef. The timber veneer is polished Tasmanian Oak and flows through to the mirror door shaving cabinet surround. The vanity uses the space well with four soft closing drawers fitted to suit the plumbing, plus an extra pull out bin drawer to the left hand side. Also as a feature, the shaving cabinet has a recessed LED light strip to give it an extra bit of... class. Shout out to the crew at A1 Furniture Restorations for the awesome polishing job and Wilson & Bradley for their hardware supply.

20.01.2022 When in doubt, add more drawers!! Here is a beautiful wall unit and lowline entertainment unit in Polytec Prime oak woodmatt and Polar white matt, that we installed a couple of weeks ago. The wall unit fits perfectly in a hallway recess with a total of six Blum push to open and soft closing drawers, plus three hidden inner drawers. The two large doors are also push to open to keep that sleek design flowing. Added recessed LED strip lighting really makes this unit shine.... The Lowline unit is much of the same, with a total of four drawers and two central flap down doors. This is a monster at 3.6 meters long. Big thanks as always to Wilson & Bradley for the supply of all the Blum hardware.

19.01.2022 We don't always get to see the final product of a renovation, so we love it when our customers send through some photos!!! Here is a kitchen we did in Kingsley in a Hamptons style. As you can see from the before photos, the owners did a heap of work and the home now is unrecognisable! Great job by all involved.

16.01.2022 HAPPY FRIDAY! Who wouldn't want to sit back and relax in this beautiful early 1900's character home with a nice glass (or two ) of wine? We would! Now we can't take credit for the beautiful styling, but we can share credit with those that helped it looking so good. A1 Furniture Restorations as always did an amazing job on the 2pac spray job on the open sections and shaker doors and an equally great job on the clear coat on the Victorian Ash timber tops.... Wilson & Bradley of course supplied the soft closing Blum hinge and drawer hardware, plus the Furnipart door knobs. All in all we're pretty happy with this one. Enjoy your weekend everyone

16.01.2022 Here's an install we did last week for a beautiful new home in Mount Lawley. The first, a king size bed base with full height wall panelling which stretches to 4.5 meters wide with floating bedsides. Also spanning over 4 meters wide is a living room wall unit, with storage and AV compartment space ready for TV mounting. Speaker cloth wrapped doors by Carine Custom Upholstery really compliment the light feel to this unit and give it some contrast.

11.01.2022 They say "Tidy desk, tidy mind" and this is definitely a tidy desk! Here we have feature V groove cabinet faces and panels which are 2pac painted in matt finish Dulux Casper White 1/4 strength. Again our good friends at A1 Furniture Restorations have smashed it out of the park! Our client wanted enough storage space, but without enclosing the room too much. So we have a double door tall cabinet, two push to open and soft closing drawers with the bottom being a filing drawer, ...plus an overhead with display section below. All blum hardware is from Wilson & Bradley and the jarrah laminate benchtop from Laminex Australia, which matches the timber flooring perfectly. All in all a great use of space

09.01.2022 Here are some before and after images of a Heathridge kitchen we built earlier this year. As you can see, it is so much more inviting and fresh compared to the old kitchen. Even without overheads and the dog leg island, this home has a lot more storage space than before. Including pantry inner drawers, corner pull out units, under sink bin plus another eleven other drawers. From planning to manufacturing and install, this kitchen went perfectly to plan. Including the awesome as always 2pac paint job from A1 Furniture Restorations.

05.01.2022 The Hamptons style strikes again!!! New cabinetry can make a house feel like a home and here are some before and after photos of a kitchen we installed, just in time for christmas last year. With a heap of drawers (including in the pantry), corner pull out units, storage at the back of the new island, integrated dishwasher, this kitchen has it all.... Our clients knew what they wanted and with a little help from us, they got it!

02.01.2022 Less is more!!! Here is some before and after photos of a laundry and bathroom renovation we were happy to be a small part of. In the bathroom is a floating white vanity with matching Acrylic benchtop, with push to open and soft closing Blum drawers from Wilson & Bradley. These drawers are made to fit around the plumbing to maximise storage space.... The laundry follows similar styling, while doubling the storage space. Soft closing drawers and doors along with the no handles look is still really popular and we can see why.

19.12.2021 CHALLENGE ACCEPTED! Fabricating this unit without any visible fixings was quite tricky, but we were able to pull it off nicely. The warm timber tones and subtle integrated lighting really catch your attention when entering this home. ... We have one VERY happy client Wilson & Bradley Polytec

30.11.2021 So, what does a cabinet maker do on his Christmas break? Renovate his own home of course! The layout of this bath/ powder room setup never really worked for our family, so we decided to start over. We wanted the job done right, so we brought in the pros, Adam and Josh from Navigate Bathroom Renovations. With them and their crew of skilled trades, they produced such a great finish.... Of course we built the cabinets, framed mirror and toilet floating shelf and for this we chose a colour called Planked Urban Oak from Laminex Australia. This definitely brings warmth to the room along with some neat under cabinet LED strip lighting. The four drawers and push to open hidden door for plumbing access is all Blum hardware from Wilson & Bradley. A big thanks to all involved!

22.11.2021 AND JUST LIKE THAT A ROOM WAS BORN! The owners of this beautiful home wanted to create an office with a subtle room divider. So with a fair bit of planning, fabricating and a well executed install, this was achieved. With the use of Polytec Tasmanian Oak Woodmatt and Formica Black Silk from Laminex Australia, this combo perfectly matched the existing office furniture.... With Blum push to open doors from Wilson & Bradley on one side for added storage and the use of hidden steel dowels into the concrete slab above, makes this unit a true one off.
