25.01.2022 BOOTCAMP Tomorrow morning, Don Lucas Reserve. I’ll see you at 5:45am for a strong 6am start. Please, bring drink bottles and a towel/mat in case we do some floor work. It’s been wet the last couple days and parks been closed but haven’t heard anything regarding tomorrow just yet. We’ll stay off grass and be on the footpaths nonetheless to respect the council in every way. It’s not forecasted rain but will be windy, rug up!... Get psyched! It’s gonna be good fun! 07.01.2022 First session back in the gyms since being re-opened! Light session due to some ruptured ligaments in the ankle but nonetheless, great feeling being back in hitting some upper body. Training to get back to where I was has been a process. Working in business and the level of involvement I had with businesses I had been in, placed a huge demand on my time. Through all of that, it’s exciting to see small signs of where you were and the potential of how much greater and further y...ou can achieve. Don’t cut yourself short of the fact that you, can be the difference. You make the decisions in what path you take. You make the choice in what it is exactly you want to achieve. You have every bit of potential within you. How do you unlock it? First step: BELIEVE in your success. Belief is the greatest step in anyone’s progression or regression. The question then becomes; what will you choose to believe in? Your ability to succeed? Or that you ‘don’t have enough time’, and that you ‘got other work to do’? 02.01.2022 These shots are at the age of 15-16yrs old approx. The two different photos were 6 or so months apart. I considered unravelling the pros and cons to my training regime at the time, age, food, metabolism, testosterone, school, time, etc. However, I’ve concluded that anyone and everyone can give the pros and cons to their situation. If you’re struggling to find one or the other I’m more than happy to open your eyes. Haha. So, let me sum this result down to one point. It isn’t ...the be all and end all but most definitely brings a lot of it together. In order to see my result come to life, I dedicated to waking up at 4am. Why on earth would you do that?! You may ask. For a number of reasons. I’ll first point out, I did all in my power to go to bed early, ensuring I had adequate sleep. Waking up at 4am for me meant; (1) I was awake when no one else was, I could focus without distraction. (2) I was getting a head start in my day, accomplishing multiple goals before people even woke. (3) It mentally separated me from the rest. (4) It opened up the door of ‘time’ to complete school assignments and incorporate consistent training regime. Waking up at 4am was more than just a ‘thing to do’. It was difficult, and I’m not that mad man enjoying waking up at that time. However, I broke down my flesh and my poor and negative mindset to a hungry one that was determined to turn around the way I saw myself. Remember my previous post? First step; BELIEVE in your success. As I was so convinced in my ability to succeed on a physical health and aesthetics level, I was determined to get there, and I did. All at the starting age of a 15yrs/old. This is only the very small start to a very big story and a long journey. LIKE. FOLLOW.
