23.01.2022 Do you have activities that in your heart of hearts you know you are not going to do even though they are really important and doing them would make a world of difference? So many of us procrastinate doing things we already know are important for us to do (or to not do). I am thrilled to announce that I have created a short and focussed 30-day program for a maximum of 15 executives, managers and business owners who are ready to support each other getting into action now.... Some might be launching or relaunching their business, others having the leadership conversations with their team they have been putting off, and others getting more quality time with their family or themselves. There is a reason why most new year’s resolutions don’t happen and that is that changing behaviour is really difficult without support. Right now we need to adapt and change to the world as it is now with the COVID-19 situation. My success-buddy process and support from your peers will get into action doing what you know you need to be doing (but are not). We will start on 16 June. What would make all the difference if you started to do it in June?

09.01.2022 The invention myth is that all innovation begins with an idea. I am fascinated by this claim. I am also deeply interested in what it takes to mobilize the action needed for the implementation of innovation. I see so many leaders identify valuable changes (personal changes as well as team and organisation changes) and get stuck in mobilising the support required for implementation. I have not heard Peter Denning speak, but I am impressed with the work of the Institute for Generative Leadership, and I will be attending this webinar. I invite friends and colleagues to join me.
