17.01.2022 Monday night 3 ingredient chocolate mousse!!! An airy, delicious chocolate mousse that whips up in less than 5 minutes and wait for it.... only 3 ingredients! INGREDIENTS... 1 1/2 cups Heavy whipping cream 1/4 cup cocoa powder (dutch preferred), sifted, use 1/3 cup for dark chocolate flavour 1/2 cup icing sugar, or adjust to your liking INSTRUCTIONS In a chilled mixing bowl, begin whipping cream. Whip until frothy and slightly thicken. Add icing sugar and cocoa powder. Carefully mix until soft peaks form and then whip until stiff peaks form. Spoon into a plastic bag or piping bag and then squeeze away into your desired serving bowl. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Tips that you will thank us for! Sift the cocoa powder. Chill the bowl. Use HEAVY whipping cream.

16.01.2022 Introducing Jo Tempelman, Reflections on the Bay's Customer Service Consultant (pictured left). Following relocation to the Cooloola Coast from her career in Brisbane, Jo worked in Sales, Marketing and Customer Care roles. "I enjoy connecting and engaging with people and I am fascinated by their stories". ln November 2017, Jo then re-located from Tin Can Bay to Hervey Bay and relishes her role finding seniors the perfect new home and lifestyle to enjoy their latter years.... Following the several Over 50's communities I have worked for in Hervey Bay, I still feel a great sense of purpose when I see residents living life to the full in the safe and welcoming environment of a village; especially those that have endured family tragedies, sickness, loss and loneliness. There's always someone in the village that has shared a similar experience so instant connections and a sense of belonging are precious". When Jo is not working her hobbies include interior design, gardening, music and savouring time with family and friends. I'm really proud to start working at Reflections on the Bay, Hervey Bay's latest retirement village. This impressive village has been meticulously planned and offers a platinum standard of community living for Over 65's, well above industry standard.
