As a parent of adolescent/teenage kids I struggle as much as any parent to balance the challenge of inplmenting and reinforcing healthy routines and boundaries to grow responsible, respectful, socially well rounded kids. Technology is the biggest battle field of all. But research indicates that my efforts now will pay dividends in their future! Hang in there - we can do this!!
