If you are applying you must have at least 2 years of Experience in the cleaning industry , must show me their ability to put in at work, is able to work unsupervised, willing to work stupid hours at times and doesn't have their he...ad in their phone and is able to communicate. You will start with a consistent minimal weekly hours but ,I will bump your hours up over time if you show me your keen and continue to do the things that I want out of an employee . Also really important needs : Drivers Licence and current police check and if you have a working with Vulnerable peoples card that is big plus too.
