25.01.2022 ***NEW TERM STARTS MONDAY 20th July- and Tuesday 21st July*** Hello lovely yogi's and yogini's, the new term of yoga will begin on Monday the 20th July in Kaleen at 6:30PM - 7:30PM Maribrynong Primary School Hall. And Tuesday 21st July at Tidy Temple, 125 Temperley Street Nicholls. 6PM - 7PM. $16 per session... PLEASE NOTE- Kaleen classes will only be a 7 week term as I am going to be overseas plus getting married when I return. :-) There will be NO classes in Kaleen on these dates; Mon 17th August, Mon 24th Aug, Mon 21st Aug. The good news is that there is a SPECIAL OFFER available for the term pass- all 7 weeks for only $80 (less than $12 per class) A casual class will remain the same at $16 per session.

06.01.2022 *CLASS CANCELLATION* Hello everyone, I hope you've all had a fantastic long weekend. Sadly tonight's class in Kaleen will not be going ahead as I am unwell and do not want to share my bug. If you'd bought a term pass, please let me know and you will be given an extra class next term as there will be more classes added to the timetable.

04.01.2022 Hi beautiful yogis and yoginis. There won't be any Reflexion Yoga classes this term as I am taking some time off. I can highly recommend a lovely local studio with fantastic teachers called Tidy Temple in Nicholls. http://www.tidytempleyoga.com/ and please check back at the end of the year for new classes and events. <3 Namaste

03.01.2022 Tuesday evenings class at Lake Ginninderra is no longer running but will be replaced next term by an awesome Power Vinyasa class at Tidy Temple in Nichols :-) stay tuned for the starting date.
