17.01.2022 I find it interesting as a natural therapist what is recommended for one person is not always going to help another. It is imperative to look at their history ...and past medical issues and think outside the square. Magnesium for restless leg syndrome is only helpful for people orally if they do not have digestive issues, otherwise you are essentially recommending them draino for the gut and literally giving them the shits. Magnesium is only effective if it gets into the bloodstream which it will not in people with digestive issues. These people need to have the dose by flakes in baths and directly applied to the skin as an oil. The most effective way to assist is a foot massage before bed with a magnesium oil and a carrier like Vitamin E lotion. Knowledge is wisdom. PS - RLS can be a symptom not a syndrome - you may in fact have an inflammatory process going on. See more
