I've seen 5 different videos on my news feed this week of people doing "Burpees", the ones where your chest is no where near touching the ground and your arms are straight... They are not burpees! All they are good for is putting a huge amount of stress on your shoulders, lower back and wrist. So if you or anyone you know is doing these type of burpees please watch this video!
