24.01.2022 Sandra on the reformer using excellent pace and control to bring the carriage back and forth smoothly while working her abs, shoulders, triceps. Add in the chi ball and she is working her hips, pelvis, glutes and inner thighs.

Also from doing reformer, her mat work has improved greatly. Feeling stronger, less pain, stiffness and greater movement. Well done Jen. Pilates works!
21.01.2022 Welcome Howard He has been tirelessly working on injury rehab on the reformer. Main areas of focus are both knees, lower back, and sciatic nerve pain. ... Squats have always caused Howard pain. You can imagine how happy he was when he was able to do squats on the reformer without pain! Howard is a few weeks in and has started to build up strength in the lower half of his body, and gained a little more movement through his knees. He is also gradually improving his flexibility. It's his sense of humour that really stands out. He gives everything a go, even when it's not so graceful.

16.01.2022 Squats on a reformer work more muscles because you need to be able to hold the carriage out and still. Upper body and abs will also work to hold your balance. Jelly legs guaranteed!
16.01.2022 How long does it take for results on the reformer? You will certainly feel a difference from 5 sessions in. And you will notice subtle changes along the way after that. Changes could be youre able to put your shoes on balancing on one foot without losing balance.... Or you are able to do your ab exercises without resting in between each set. Your back is no longer hurting after doing the house work. Your shoulders are not tight anymore and your neck pain has gone. You are able to stand taller, straighter because your posture has improved. These are just a few things I have heard from my clients in their reformer journey. All you need is consistency and the benefits keep unfolding. Enjoy your day.

11.01.2022 A roll down with a difference. Using the bar and a single grip, Alana is controlling her roll down and adding on an extra ab burn. By staying in position to move her other arm her obliques are switching on so she can roll up with one arm raised.... This is done on a half spring (light spring). Not for the faint hearted.

08.01.2022 Splits anyone? Welcome to Elyssa Elyssa is an athlete who does a lot of strength training and martial arts.... Having good flexibility is key to bring out the best in her performance. Here we are working on hamstrings. You can see the difference from where she first got into the position, to the second pic where she finished. A mighty stretch!

Awesome control for a brilliant warm up.... Thank you to Steph for filming this one. I never realised I spoke so much. Oh and it is sped up all these moves were actually done and half the speed you're seeing. Happy Friday everyone!
06.01.2022 Your spine is best stretched when you are changing it from flat to round position. Have a look at Jades articulation here. She beautifully demonstrates the movements using the resistance of the carriage to roll down to a straight back stretch, then slowly reverses back through to a round stretch, back to the start position.
06.01.2022 Welcome Sphurti Sphurti initially started reformer with me twice a week to assist with correcting posture. Since working from home she had noticed a significant change in her back and shoulders.... In only a few weeks we successfully aligned her spine and shoulders. Sphurti has also noticed many more advantages since commencing reformer pilates with me. She is feeling much stronger and more toned, and looks forward to every session. It is safe to say she is now addicted to reformer pilates and I can understand why!

Once you perfect your articulation and control on the reformer, the rewards come flying in. Nicole has been doing so well and is already noticing results. Well done!
