So today I have booked my hubby and I in to see Aidan Pazin. He is a local qualified personal trainer in orange plus studying to be a physiotherapist. I have personally been a client of Aidan's before and trust I couldnt be in better hands. Aidan is your man if you want that extra motivation to looking after your self better. He does group discounts which is even better.

16.01.2022 Update on what is happening at refreshed body and soul. Pregnancy massages available from their second trimester. Hicaps will hopefully be available really soon. At present, receipts are given out. Price increase. All services will now be $80 except mobile and sports tapping.Unfortunately I have tried my best to keep the price down for awhile now but now unable too . I will honor the previous price for people who have already booked in next week. Loyalty cards for people who come twice a month and reward cards cannot be used together.

12.01.2022 Life gets busy and unexpected things pop up. In the last 2 days I have had 5 cancellations. If you need to cancel, please the more notice the better. Not 30 mins before or at the time of your appointment. I like to try and fill it as I don't want to put cancellation fees in.

11.01.2022 Excuse the clothes and model but I found this to be awesome. After sitting and having tight hamstrings I bent over to see how far I could get. Then I used a tennis ball or a spiky ball but in this case a tennis ball and rolled it under my feet for 3 mins. Both feet. Then I redid my hamstring stretch to see if any difference and I got not quite a full hand difference. Great for tight hamstrings
