25.01.2022 Not long to go now till the house is finished

25.01.2022 Today we also started the washdown on 18 units as tomorrow & nxt week we start the painting on all gutters / fascia / soffits / entry & laundry doors / gables / garage door trims / back patio timber's.. all colour's will be a matching existing. More pic's to come in the following days

24.01.2022 Today we finished off the back of the units at Bongaree bribie island & the front fence panels , all 5 clients & Body corp are extremely happy & have given us a further 18 units to quote weve even been lucky enough that our clients have cooked us dinner to take back to our accomadition as weve been staying up here at bribie..

23.01.2022 wash down back of units yesterday & started painting this morning its starting to come along nicely

22.01.2022 Before & after shots, had a good 3 days of doing the jobs no one wants to do.. the ceilings prior had all blistered edges from previous paint peeling & the hallway we stripped back to bare as it was just falling off. Re plaster skimmed all ceilings back to smooth , x 1 coat sealer & x 2 finish coats of premium ceiling flat Shieldcoat. Also stripped back all the weather boards & guided the client on the process as she would like to tackle it on her own , we were even nice enough to loan her our scaffold for a few days .. final outcome of the ceilings client is stoked ! Also our client had found us through word of mouth from a previuos job we had completed. 09.01.2022 Island court villas Bribie island all 18 exterior units completed. Gables / gutter fascia / soffits / wall lights / front entry doors & back laundry doors / patio rafters & posts / metal front entry grab rails / garage door timber frame.. solid effort from the team having it all done in 2 weeks. All 18 tennants are happy & pleased with the outcome.
