Ruthie, together with her husband, Harley, are senior pastors of Rise Christian Church, a growing community of believers in Ballarat, Victoria, she is also the Christian Studies coordinator at Ballarat Christian College. Seven year ago with a team of dedicated women she founded Rahab Victoria, a ministry that reaches out to people who feel trapped in the sex industry. She is a passionate communicator & speaks with a prophetic edge. Her desire is for women to be healed, equipped & released to fulfil their calling.
