18.01.2022 Refresh Darwin is seeking with an immediate start a hands-on production operations and maintenance person to join our team at our production facility at East Ar...m. We are looking for a team player that is reliable and has a good work ethic and we can offer full time employment prospects, job security, and competitive remuneration for the right candidate within a great team and friendly work environment. Experience with Sidel manufacturing equipment or similar, along with conveyor systems working knowledge and experience is mandatory. On offer is 38 hours per week across Monday to Friday however there would also need to be flexibility to production requirements. Training will be provided however previous experience as a fitter and turner, mechanical fitter, experience with automation machinery is what our ideal candidate would require. Being a good communicator and computer literate are also essential. If you have the ability to work to get the job done in a positive and proactive attitude towards safe work and quality work standards then please apply. Work boots and high vis clothing is required, along with your own transport as public transport is limited to our site. FMCG industry experience or working in a high volume environment is regarded. Having a working at heights and confined spaces and a first aid certificate is desired however this training will be provided as part of the role. Australian forklift ticket and experience in a production facility will be highly regarded however not essential. Anyone with a trade background looking for a career change is encouraged to apply. There is the scope for a leadership role either now or as a further career progression for the right candidate.
