04.01.2022 We love styling coffee tables and here we share our tips and tricks for nailing the perfect coffee table: 1. Books - It is always best to have one dominant central object that grounds your display such as a stack of books then several smaller displays of equal visual weight positioned around it. These surrounding objects just need to balance each other in terms of size and tone, think candles, vases, smaller accessories 2. Cluster... accessories; There should be a number of objects at different heights on your coffee table - usually a trio of objects.You want the eye to go on a visual journey; up and down the space 3. Always add greenery or florals - A coffee table is never complete without an organic element and it creates a softer took especially when styling with books 4. Mix textures: Mixing various elements together such as Shells/coral, wooden beads, metallic objects, glass is the key successful coffee table styling because it creates balance and interest 5. Using trays: Styling your coffee table is all about the tray! Place a tray in the centre of your table or off to one side and style it up with your treasures.
