25.01.2022 November was a tough month for me. I felt and still feel a little exhausted from a massive year in every way. Besides the fact that Amity Collison and I are launching a global skincare company after a very successful soft launch during covid. I have also found myself waiting a lot longer for a new home again than originally anticipated which has also meant a temporary work space which we have had to work around as everything I own is in storage. I have just changed my whole... business model which although will bring me more abundance and freedom in every area of my life, money, time, happiness etc has meant that I had to embrace, acknowledge and embody some deep seated old and new beliefs and desires. Scary stuff but so worth the temporary discomfort. I had my car stollen and due to the model and circumstances (high end) I have been dealing with fraud investigators and still without a car or payout. I let my addictive desires and personality have a field day the last month and was left slightly pissed with myself early this week. I pulled the reigns back in Monday and danced with the pissedoffness for a little without making it take me out and over remembering that I say how I show up and not some old programming. Just wanted to share what you can’t see. Everyone is working on and through stuff, some more eloquently than others Love you. Ps I am off to a powerful women’s weekend retreat today. 25.01.2022 We’re hearing from a lot of you freaking out that your skin is going to shite (pardon the French) at the moment and listen we hear ya we being me and my new love handles fml. First off you may be thinking it’s a lack of treatments that is having your skin be cray right now but it is more than likely more stress than normal and even being out of routine can be massively stressful and let’s be honest our diets have probably not been the best, so whilst we can virtually as...sist your skin there’s only so much we can do whilst those things are out of balance. It’s time to start getting re-familiarised with vegetables, drinking more water, be more active and all the things we usually do in our normal routines, this alone is going to make the world of difference to your skin. Skincare is going to be your saving grace during this time and remember always that skincare is 70% of your results and even more if you are on an extensive range. 1. You want to be manually or physically exfoliating your skin once or twice a week (more for our acne prone peeps). If you have a liquid exfoliator aka an aha/bha serum, a scrub and if you have neither simply get a towel when you hop out of the shower and give your skin a really good rub. Note if you are on a vitamin A, especially a strong one this will be strengthening and balancing cellular metabolism but it may need a little help so still look at doing one of the above 2. Our skin heroes are always Vitamin A serum (Retinol), Vitamin B serum (niacinamide/hyaluronic acid you want one with both!), Vitamin C for our ladies over 30 especially those with pigmentation, physical sunscreen (still essential even inside don’t underestimate the damage to skin of artificial light, computer screens, phones etc) and of course a suitable moisturiser. 24.01.2022 In order to be free I have had to accept my shadow side. I am working through some things in my life at the moment and so much of me wants to just run the fuck away. Running from these truths inside of myself can look like over eating, partying with drugs, alcohol and so on. Whilst I have accepted that there’s still a party animal inside of me, I definitely am aware of the flow on of allowing that emotion to much room for growth so I keep her to a minimum . What is undeniab...le is how much I love my everyday life of health, wellness, play, abundance etc. I have created a life in which I get to play with life itself and with amazing people. I just wanted to post this today to remind you that you are all of it. All of you. Denial to play out all of yourself is denial of life. Step into the discomfort. Allow yourself to be scared, elated, broke, ritch, fat, skinny, smart, dumb, tired, energetic. You get to be all of it. It is life itself. It’s all just a game you are creating anyway. Your deepest knowing will never stop whispering in your ear. God will always be there by your side allowing all things in order for you to find you and the life you want in the moment you are in right now as that is all you truly have. Life is full of daily orgasms if you allow. Just don’t limit them to sexual ones to experience it ALLLLLLL. Ahhhhhhhhh feel that!

24.01.2022 We’ve said it once, we’ll say it again... Skincare always has been and always will be our numero uno! Skincare is your cake and everything else is the icing on the cake . Like anything in life whatever you do consistently you will see more results, your skincare is what you use every single day, some products twice a day! Treatments for that matter can only get you so far with results as it’s what you do 10% of the time, whatever results you do get from your treatments ...and their sustainability will also always depend on how you back them up whether that’s with a cosmeceutical skincare home regime or not. You also want to ensure that you are investing in cosmeceutical skincare and not cosmetic skincare! What’s the difference you ask? 23.01.2022 I’ve gone to top clinics, tried multiple treatments and have spent thousands on my skin and have seen little to no change... If this is you, you’re not alone! We hear this a lot from new clients. One of the main reasons we put this down to is lack of hands on experience of your treating therapist. As a therapist of 27 years I can tell you now, hardly nothing I have learnt about treating skin has come from what I learnt studying, it has come from years of experience... working with different skin types and skin issues, seeing what works and of course what doesn’t work. I have had to learn from hands on experience how far you can push each individual skin and which skins you absolutely cannot push. There are levels of risk with each skin type for certain treatments and or products, as a therapist we need to know what products works for varying skins and which products can cause or exacerbate certain skin issues etc. Just because someone is qualified as a therapist or dermal therapist it does not mean that they have the experience to be able to treat your skin issue . As important as theory is for treating skins, hands on experience with individual skins as well as cosmeceutical and medical grade products and machinery experience can not be learnt by in a book; knowing skin on paper and in theory is not at all the same as having experience in working with a variation of skins, skin issues and individual physical and mental wellness eg stress, illness etc . When looking for a therapist you want to be able to see what they are achieving with skin and their results, especially in terms of your specific skin concern. Have a skin consult prior to having a treatment and you generally will know or get a feeling of whether they know what they are talking about. If they start trying to sell you every product they have on the shelf, sound the alarm bells because a good therapist will prescribe certain products for your skin rather than sell to you and tell you, you NEED this, this and this without relating it to your skin. Mine is more like 15 slices of & a block of after a solid day of celebrating aka partying with family and finishing off with some homemade edible gummies . There are so many elements that make up life, so balance will be different at any given time in your life and I have come to accept that I like to live life on the wild side eg. finishing off a 10 day water fast at a club on a stripper pole in Bali slightly (extremely)... intoxicated . You can only do you, in every given moment and sometimes that will look like incredible discipline, commitment and willpower to achieve your goals and reach your desires whether it be health, fitness, finances, celibacy, drug, & alcohol-free periods etc. I am far from an expert but I know that 80/90% of what I do on the daily has to be in alignment with the above character traits or I loose the balance of my life & life gets hard and turns to shit as I avoid growth & watch my desires become farther out of reach. 8 week challenges are great but you have to know what your balance looks like in your life or how to sustain your goals in the in between of life & have an arsenal of tools and habitats to know how to get back there if or when you fall off wagon or if you are ready for your next challenge & period of personal growth in any given area of your life! 09.01.2022 The silly season is often a time for a lot of us where our health a fitness goals fly soo far out the window, that we don’t see them again till sometime in January, if not later . Health looks differently to everyone as does balance, but we all know the feeling of not practising what makes us feel good and the result of that. You can indulge over this season, whilst ticking off some of your goals. It may not look the same as your everyday health and fitness, but you ca...n incorporate some non negatiables over this time to not derail your progress or goals. Maybe you do a workout on the morning of the days you know you’ll be indulging. Maybe you make a conscious effort to make salad the largest part of your plate whilst eating all the other trimming in moderation. Alternatively you can cut down what you eat a day before if you are planning to have a blowout the next day (this could also be a fasting day or shorten your eating window if intermittent fasting). Whatever it is, you need to do what is right for you and your goals even if it is only contributing 10 or 20% towards them that will always outweigh 0%. Here’s a summer salad perfect for Christmas Day & summer holidays to breakup the treats & cocktails Salad 250gr cooked beetroot 150gr rocket or cos lettuce (washed) 60gr goats feta or vegan feta 1/4 cup walnuts, lightly chopped or crushed 1 orange, segmented into small pieces Dressing 2 Tbs balsamic vinegar 2 Tbs of EVOO (Extra Virgin Olive Oil) 1.5 Tbs Honey 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp black pepper 1. Combine dressing ingredients in a bowl and mix throughly with a spoon until honey has broken down and the olive oil & balsamic has combined 2. Wash & drain lettuce or rocket and place into serving bowl 3. Scatter beetroot and orange evenly throughout salad 4. Break up feta and place throughout salad 5. Top with walnut pieces 6. 04.01.2022 2 years ago I was diagnosed with needing a full hip replacement after an MRI scan revealing a paragraph of problems. I was offered a multitude of pain medication and told to come back when I could no longer walk and we would go ahead with the operation. At the time I had not had a pharmaceutical drug for over a decade and still haven’t to this day except a sleeping pill a couple of years back when I was beside myself and grabbed for the quick fix. I still haven’t had the op and nor have I had a big pharma pain med nor inflammation suppressor. I am not against it but I believe in the power of the mind, body and spirit when in alignment with your truth. Strength and fitness is a way of life for me.
