21.01.2022 Introducing our new intern joining our RT Team - Sydney Chen. While internships have certainly changed since last year being fully remote, that doesn’t stop the learning! Sydney has joined us from the University of Technology Sydney and is studying a Bachelor of Global studies. From joining international calls with our partners at Talent Beyond Boundaries in Jordan & Lebanon on international refugee recruitment to joining calls with government and chatting with candidates and businesses, there is plenty to learn but we are also learning from her and excited to have her part of the team.

Leaving your home is not an easy thing it means leaving your memories, the people you love - it's actually like leaving a precious piece of you without knowing if you will ever get it back someday. After arriving to Adelaide to join our family we started to look for job and this was the moment where we knew it is very hard to compete with all other candidates especially without assessing our overseas qualifications. We ...kept looking for jobs for two years in Adelaide with no answers we managed to find some casual jobs the thing that helped us to pay our bills but not the career that we dreamed of.
