02.01.2022 NEW TEAM MEMBERS New Team Members We are very excited to introduce 2 new members to the Regal Team!... Brett Mais our new WA State Manager, Having been with Regal for only two weeks, the timing of this newsletter is great and gives me a perfect opportunity to introduce myself to the entire Regal Engineering and Line Boring team and clientele. There are some exciting times ahead for Regal and I am grateful for the chance Matt, Daren and Brett have given me and Im looking forward to meeting you all in the days and weeks ahead. Ive been working in the Goldfields for the past 30 years in a variety of roles. From the shop floor as a boilermaker through supervision rolls, Project Management and recently as a Division Manager. Ive gained experience with estimating, running workshops, project works, shut downs and maintenance, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, P&L and balance sheets so I understand the daily challenges for the company, the client and most importantly our people. Regal has been growing steadily in recent years which is a fantastic achievement in a commodity market and economic environment that is extremely tight and difficult. From first impressions the attitude and dedication of the team in Kalgoorlie is first class. Ive played a lot of sport and understand the importance of team work. Having a united team, with common goals and the strategies in place to achieve those goals is important. Being a new player in the Regal team is exciting for me and Im looking forwards to the challenges and successes that are on the road ahead.
