08.01.2022 Hi I’m Loz. You will notice that I love a challenge and have now totally changed our Regallomindfulcraft page to accept one. The 52 Weeks of Socks Challenge. This book has inspired a passion for Socks. As you know I love to knit and have created a Mindful Craft Section in my Lifestyle Store at Woolooware, Sydney Australia when Covid hit. I have been teaching sock classes and now am addicted to knitting them. Come on this journey with me and I hope you explore the art of knitting socks. Cheers Loz

07.01.2022 No. 2 Avena complete. Wow, this was a journey. I started it in another colour and decided it needed to be in a plain colour instead of a bright colour to showcase this magnificent pattern. There was a lot of unpicking with this one. There could be 4 hours of work and not stacking up to expectations. Time to redo was a very common occurrence. This would be the hardest pattern I have ever completed. Boy oh boy to finish this baby was an understatement. They are beautiful and yes I have a pair, hahah. Probably should have been No.52 in the series but I haven’t lost heart. I’m still keen to start No.3. stay tuned guys for the next one. Cheers Loz

01.01.2022 No. 1 Intersections from 52 Weeks of Socks. After waiting 3 months for this amazing publication. I completed these with so much excitement for my next pair. The pattern was easy to follow and the cable detail looks impressive but quiet easy to handle. This one is knitted from the toe up, sounds scary being my first but I found all I needed on google to help me out. I used #naturalfibrearts yarn which I love and it is so beautiful to knit with Australian hand dyed merino fingering 4ply. You can purchase this yarn at my Lifestyle Store or online www.regallo.com.au. Needles were 2.5mm Knit Pro Circular Needles and using Magic Loop.
