15.01.2022 Dear Valued Customers, After considering all the available current information (see attached below) Regal Nails Mount Clear has decided to remain OPEN until we are directed otherwise. We will take individual phone or internet bookings and Xuan will work 1:1 with you to meet your nail needs (over the coming weeks our normal business hours will be relaxed and we will work to a time that suits your needs best). Some changes to the way we work will be required like washing your ...hands before your service, wearing a face mask (or scarf) to cover your mouth during your service and sitting at least 1.5 metres from another customer who may be in the shop at your appointment time. Under Step 2 of the Federal Governments '3 Step Framework for a Covidsafe Australia' Xuan will soon back looking after your nail and waxing needs. We will let you know once we have a definitive 'start up' date. For your added safety and peace of mind we have installed poly-carbonate screens (see attached pic) to our work stations and our cleaning and disinf...ecting frequency will be increased. Customers will be required to record their name and contact details (traceability), wash their hands before their service, maintain social distancing and be asked to wear a mask/scarf/nose and mouth covering during pedicures.
