14.01.2022 Allow yourself to do, to be, to flow this includes the tears, the anger, frustrations, the hurt, the gut wrenching pain, feelings of loss or loneliness and even fear. These are all parts of our human self that require to be acknowledged, to be released and to be loved. When we store emotions that are other the love in our bodies it then has a flow-on effect and can disturb and disrupt our health, relationships, mental well being, day to day tasks, can even become over sensiti...ve by taking everything to seriously or as put downs and often see everything as a negative....life in general just becomes hard, bleak. This then, most importantly, affects us on a soul level. Our lights (soul spark as I call it) begin to dim and we loss who we truly are in those trauma of emotions, thoughts, experiences. Let the trauma "soften and flow" from your body.
