25.01.2022 Hello everyone, Just to let you all know that we have reopened the practice this week. We’re now on our second day, still getting used to the new protocols but everything is going really well with the measures in place to ensure the safety of our lovely patients and staff. Just a reminder that we are only seeing emergency patients this week and next week (w/c 6/7/2020). Soon we will start to book patients in who’s appointments were cancelled over lockdown. PLEASE BEAR WITH US... AND WE WILL CONTACT YOU TO RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT. We hope you’re all keeping safe and well. Best wishes, Regent Orthodontics

20.01.2022 Following the Prime Ministers announcement on Saturday evening, we are awaiting clarification as to the position of dental services during the four week period of further restrictions from 5 November 2020. Based on the Government's guidance published so far it is our intension to operate as at present and we will therefore NOT be closing. Our team have risen to the challenges during the pandemic and we are delivering vital care whilst ensuring the safety of our staff and patients. Should this change at any point we will let everyone know. Please note we are still in the process of rebooking patients that had their appointments cancelled and offering emergency appointments. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

13.01.2022 Dear Patients of Regents Orthodontics, We hope you are all keeping well and safe. UPDATE ON COVID APPOINTMENTS : Please note we are making our way through all covid appointments as quick as we possibly can and ask for your patience at this very busy time. We will contact you or your child as soon as we reach your appointment due date.... We are only seeing fixed brace appointments as a priority as many of these patients have not been seen for up to 6 months. Any NEW patients or NEW fixed appliances are not being seen, but once we have reduced our backlog we will introduce these. We have a duty of care now to our patients in treatment before we add more at this time. Can we politely ask you wait for us to CALL YOU as the phone lines are extremely busy taking calls and phoning out is taking much of our time. We are trying our best to contact you all as quickly as possible. If your child is in pain or any discomfort please feel free to contact us where we will triage all our calls. KEEP SMILING, KEEP BRUSHING and STAY STAFE !!!!

12.01.2022 Here we are in our normal nursing outfits, and this is how we will be greeting you when we reopen. Don't be alarmed, we are here to protect you and ourselves. We are the same friendly staff under all the PPE. We have introduced one way systems at both practices and have 2 metre markings in place with new perspex screens on our reception desks. We look forward to seeing you all soon and are still planning on opening on Monday 29th June If your appointments have been recently cancelled we'll be contacting you in due course to rebook them, and we'll be making contact with all those who have been in touch during lockdown for emergency advice. Please bare with us and thank you for your patience.

08.01.2022 Hello to our lovely patients at Regent Orthodontics Just a quick reminder to let you know we are doing our very best to book in all the appointments that were cancelled over lockdown. The phones have been very busy so please bear with us, we will contact you in due course with regards to booking you back in. We are working our way through the cancelled appointments right back to March when we closed, we will contact you as soon as we can ... Many thanks, Regent Orthodontics

05.01.2022 Covid19 getting everyone down....... Thank you to one of our patients for allowing us to share this uplifting photo from one of their recent visits to the practice you made our day.

03.01.2022 Happy Thursday everyone. Just to keep all our patients updated, our phone lines are now open for your enquires and emergency appointments only. We are reopening next Monday 29th June, and the first few weeks will be for all those patients who contacted us whilst we have been closed for emergency advice. All those patients who had their appointments cancelled during lockdown will be contacted in due course when we start the mammoth task of booking everyone back in. So please b...ear with us and we will be in touch as soon as we can. We are still applying the 2 metre distancing rule within the practice as we feel this is safer for our patients and staff, and reducing the number of patients in the building at one time. We will only see patients with an appointment, so please do not turn up and expect to be seen as we will not be able to let you into the building. Please bear with us and we thank you for your patience and understanding at this time. See more

03.01.2022 -A QUICK UPDATE - Dear patients of Regents Orthodontics, We hope you are all keeping well and safe.... As you will all be aware the practice closed on the 23rd of March 2020 due to COVID-19, inline with the Government guidelines. Due to delay in PPE arriving we have had to postpone opening by another week. WE NOW ANTICIPATE TO OPEN PRACTICE ON MONDAY THE 29th OF JUNE for EMERGENCY TREATMENT ONLY. All patients that have been in contact with a problem during this period have been noted, and will be contacted by the practice upon our return. Thank you for your patience during these uncertain times. We continue to update you with any new changes as things progress. Best wishes, The Regent Orthodontics Team.

02.01.2022 Just to keep you updated: We've had a number of enquires regarding new patient appointments, unfortunately due to the current situation with Covid-19, we are not taking on any new NHS or Private patients at the moment. All patients currently in active treatment will be contacted in due course to rebook their cancelled appointments and we're trying to do this in date order. We thank you for your patience. Also, a gentle reminder, if you have any coughs, colds, sore throats or ...symptoms of Covid-19, please cancel your appointment and DO NOT attend the practice otherwise you will be turned away. This ensures the safety of our staff and allows us to continue to provide a service for you. We thank you once again for your understanding in these unprecedented times. The Team at Regent Ortho
