23.01.2022 V8 scania we got in today had excessive movement in both king pins rhs the worst one, we dismantled found that the king pin had worn through the top bush and wore a groove in to the stub axle rendering it unusable.

21.01.2022 Spicer 10.3 tonne rated steer axle done today the pictures dont do it justice is a big axle and left for dubbo tonight pointing in the right direction with good caster and camber specs
19.01.2022 Badly bent axle which was nicknamed the harbour bridge axle by the owner. Pics dont do it justice as they are pictures of pictures taken a long time ago before these trendy phones of today. We straightened the axle & crack tested it then took it for a drive.... spot on
17.01.2022 Had this customer turn up today very lucky man, had work carried out few days ago on front end, wheels were not tensioned correctly and came loose damaging both steer hubs and studs and rims.
17.01.2022 Both axle presses earning there keep today. 2 diff housings dismantled, straightened and crack tested and 2 steer axles re cambered and crack tested. The reason we get the results we do, is because we take the axle out, meaning the owner is now leaving with a lifetime warranty on caster and camber specs.
17.01.2022 Smashed steer axle checked out today found that the top steer arm rhs has twisted in the taper and sheard off the keyway only seen this once before
16.01.2022 Have got this western star in today for a wheel alignment. Checked it out, found to have excessive movement in both king pins and excessive negative cambers axle was found to have badly bent spring pads, mostly on the RHS. Striped axle down to set up for axle press, once in the press found the axle had some strange markings. Once crack tested found the RHS spring pads had a crack in it the entire width of the spring pads.
15.01.2022 Tipper from yesterday we finished of today axle out king pins tie rod ends ubolts and wheel aligned from front to back
15.01.2022 Had this Mercedes benz axle in today had a badly bent LHS spring pad. Straightend and recambered and crack tested now running straight and safe.

09.01.2022 Had this job on today for shackle pins & bushes when we dismantled found both spring packs worn in spring eyes (elongated) & 2 flogged out chassis hangers & badly worn pins due to lack of grease
09.01.2022 Had a very successful day today made our diff benches up to dismantle diff housings. Ready for when customers drop them off to be straightened and got our 2nd axle press up and running today which is dedicated to do all our smash repair work and crack testing .
