Children explored and discovered different styles of art and materials they could use to create unique pieces on small canvas’. 20.01.2022 ** Reggio Parramatta CBD** We embraced NAIDOC week at our CBD centre. We celebrated the rich history, culture and achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples . There were in depth discussions about the meaning behind NAIDOC week. Our children participated in indigenous inspired artwork , music , dance and stories all week. All the children learnt so much during the week, they showed a lot of interest in the Aboriginal culture and were very eager to participa...te! Children across the centre engaged in a variety of different gardening experiences from planting vegetable and fruit seeds, to watering the garden and weeding too.
