08.01.2022 Plenty of time to get a road trip in before the summer holidays are over - how about a tour around the Spencer Gulf. Spencer Gulf: If you are keen to stay close to the sea, then you can't go wrong with a Spencer Gulf Gallery road trip. Head up to Port Pirie Gallery first - such an interesting place and a great gallery. From there it is on to Port Augusta, Yarta Purtli in the old Barracks has plenty to offer and the Arid Lands Botanic Gardens are definitely worth a look. ...Time to turn southward after that - stop over at Whyalla, the Middleback Performing Arts Centre often has some great exhibitions in their foyer space and you can check out the new "world famous" jetty. An incredible mosaic artwork has just been unveiled on the foreshore so make sure you check that out as well. Keep heading South and stop by the Nautilus Art Centre in Port Lincoln. https://pprag.org.au https://www.yartapurtli.com.au/venues.html https://nautilusartscentre.com.au See more
