20.01.2022 Project update Turfing large blocks can be quite a cost. Seeding with the right equipment is much more cost effective. The results speak for themselves, utilising the right equipment and process, special seed mix & new irrigation system. This new home was only seeded 2 weeks ago and it's thriving. ... Yes that's right the frost last week didn't bother it. Thanks to "Torn Turf" for the special seed mix formulated for this property. New home recently completed by "Hards Homes"

20.01.2022 Silly Spring has well and truly hit despite our lockdown situation. We have been repairing and installing alot of new irrigation systems. It's good to see "Betsy" our ground hog trencher getting out and about. We have also started a large bathroom renovation, stay tuned for updates

04.01.2022 Despite the crazy Covid pandemic we have been extremely busy. A small unit renovation passed back to the agency ready for new tenants last week. Works included new flooring, walls repaired and paint throughout, new L.E.D lighting, new soft furnishings, maintenance and doors. Our Winter frosts are now in full swing but the irrigation repairs and installs are still coming in. ... Don't forget to check your MP Rotator or spray filters in your pop ups, blockages can cause flooding & bad efficiency. We are looking forward to two upcoming front yard makeovers including landscaping and irrigation. We have a plantation shutter install in a stunning locally renovated home later this week, as well as our general maintenance and glazing work. Stay safe & home if you can

04.01.2022 Today we finished off a great local entertaining area. Removal of the existing zip track blinds & replacement with new servery mini sliding doors. A much more dust proof solution to entertaining with our hot climate. Grey laminate glass, tough fly screens and all flashings included. A good sand & 2 fresh coats of oil to the Merbau drinks mantle finished it off nicely
