This appears to be driven by low-interest rates and buyers from major capital cities looking to relocate. With increased working from home capabilitie...s for a number of professions, we expect this trend to continue in the short to medium term. With this influx of cashed-up, non-local purchasers, we have seen the high-end brackets in town together with inland rural residential localities continue to perform well, with the more sought after and prestigious properties achieving prices rarely seen.
