24.01.2022 Regional Pacing recently travelled to Melbourne to undertake some much needed training on the Subcutanous implantable Defibrillators SICD. It wasn't long before that training was put to good use with a patient needing a check of their device. This has saved travel to Melbourne for the patient and for the reps up to Albury.

15.01.2022 First HIS pacing lead implanted at Albury Wodonga Health yesterday With fantastic results for the patient A relatively new method of pacing the heart conduction system. Big thanks to Dr Irene Stevenson for sharing her knowledge and Medtronic for there support.

12.01.2022 Yesterday I was lucky enough to be the second person in Victoria to use the new Medtronic Bluetooth programmer. This is making programming and testing devices so much easier. Can’t wait for the roll out later this year. It has only just been released in Europe..

03.01.2022 IMPORTANT CHANGES FOR VICTORIAN BORDER RESIDENTS Please don't shoot the messenger! This afternoon NSW has has put its own interpretation on the restrictions for... Victorian residents entering NSW, including all residents living in the Border bubble. There are only four reasons to go into Albury. obtaining food and services travelling for the purposes of work or education if you cannot work or study at home medical care, compassion & care or exercising outdoors including outdoor sports Victorian residents, adults & u18, can enter NSW to participate in organised outdoor sport, and purchase food at these events. This does not cover Victorian spectators and it does not allow for participating in social activity after the event. If you are travelling to these events as an employee then you can do so for the purposes of work. You CANNOT go to a pub, club or restaurant, unless it's takeaway You CANNOT go to church in Albury Staying at accommodation can only be as part of work commitments Vic border residents: DO NOT need to complete a travel declaration Other Victorian residents: need to complete a travel declaration. Frankly unless you arrived prior to May 27, Melburnians should be nowhere near this place.
