Dominique has been with us for over 5 years and is a Health and Wellbeing Specialist/Health Coach and Senior Rehabilitation Consultant within the Hobart Rehab Management team. With a background in Psychology and Rehabilitation Counselling working primarily with clients who have psychological conditions. Dominique has done an astounding job in the Health Coaching and... Early Intervention aspects of the role, working with many Emergency Service Personnel and Federal Government Employees who have experienced trauma or psychological distress and through the support from the Health and Wellbeing coaching service. She has helped to develop strategies to improve their quality of life, return to work/stay at work, set and achieve goals for improving general health and wellbeing. Katie has been with us for 3 years and is a Senior Rehabilitation Consultant and a Technical Specialist within the Canberra Rehab Management team. This career chose Katie, after sustaining a workplace injury, Katie took the support of a rehab consultant and found that she had transferable skills and that I could take control and power back in her situation. ... Since finding a position as a rehab consultant in 2017 Katie has been proud to be able to give others the experience of achieving a goal and having new opportunities they didn’t realise they could.
