It is a hard time for all involved, but when airline waivers and cancellation rules are changing minute by minute it is difficult to keep up. Since lockdown, Ria has been given the opportunity to spend more time doing the things she likes doing. She spends a lot more time outside walking and hiking in the beautiful Dandenong's, listening to and spotting the beautiful lyrebirds. Ria is also getting a regular hit of tennis every Saturday and loving it. At home, her weatherboard house is getting a fresh coat of paint, the garden gets a lot more attention and so far she has not had to rely on watching more T.V, just a lot of reading. The feedback was an important part of shaping the future of business travel and overall the sentiment was business travellers were not eager to get back on a plane..unless there were clear government guidelines and a certainty that airlines, car rentals and hotels were managing sanitation well. Interestingly, there was a signif...icant interest in exploring alternative ways to be charged for the services our teams provide.
