23.01.2022 What is a Womens Circle? Are you curious about coming to a circle? Are you interested when other women talk about them or you see posts on social media but feel hesitant or afraid to come along? It can be uncomfortable sometimes to try something new and walk into a place on your own if you dont know anyone. Maybe youre not used to spending time with other women but would like to start. ... So I thought I would share some questions and information that other women have asked me about: 1. What is a womens circle? 2. Do I have to do anything? 3. Is it a safe place for me to talk? 4. What type of women join? 5. What do I need to bring and do? 6. How do I stay in touch with the new women I meet? 7. How do I book ? Women have met in community circles for centuries. Over time this beautiful practice has slowly disappeared. Women feel lost, disconnected from trusting themselves and listening to their intuition with no safe place to meet and listen while they share in each others rich life stories, and just be themselves. Women all over the planet are awakening from a deep slumber and are finding a need to be apart of a like minded community. There is nothing to do or fix you are welcome as you are. This is the gift of being in circle, and listening to each others life stories. The circle is a safe and non judgmental space where you may share as little or as much as you feel comfortable. Each woman that enters the circle is sacred and unique to herself she is held with deep respect and honor no matter what her circumstances. Circle is open to ALL women of all ages, grandmothers, mothers, daughters, sisters, friends and besties. All are welcome. All you need to bring is yourself and be willing to give yourself time just for you. Forgetting everything in your current life for a few hours so you can nourish and feed your soul with like minded women longing for the same thing. Im sharing this post with you as I promised to update you with any news from Pondicherry and for you to meet some of the Samugan India Community and its director Bruno Savio. ... They are working tirelessly in the most extenuating circumstances to continue distributing basic food and amenities as much as they can. Currently they are in stage 4 total lockdown. Every little bit counts right now and it can contribute to so much to make a big difference in their lives. It touches me deeply that I am able to merge two communities dear to my heart, Reignite Blessing Circles and Samugan India together for this event. Never in a million years would I have ever imagined that this would be possible. The incredible thing is that Reignite Blessing Circles was born on my first trip to India when I met Bruno and the Samugan community. Are you now that person the one you think you should be, or are you longing to be who you’re deeply called to be in your SOUL? ... I was once slowly sucked into a vortex of pleasing others and day by day, week by week losing touch with the essence and soul of Brigitte. I’ll never forget one day on a visit to my healer she held a crystal pendulum over my crown and it didn’t move a inch not even a millimeter. I was so disconnected from my soul, energy and my life’s purpose. Little did I know what the universe had install for me. I certainly do, my sometimes body feels full, my belly, breasts and often my moods. Feeling sensitive, lethargic and my senses are heightened. 08.01.2022 Your Unique YOU When I read this piece it resonated with me so deeply. It bought up the questions like: ~Why do women compare themselves to each other? ~Why do women feel less than good enough to appreciate their own beauty? ~Why do women see the beauty in others but not themselves? ... ~Why dont women see their own magic and uniqueness? ~Why is it so hard for us to have these conversations and admit this about ourselves? These questions have come up for me and I have felt uncomfortable that Ive had those comparisons. What Ive come to understand is, while Im comparing myself to others it distracts me from seeing all the magical creations that are within and around me. I can no longer feel what I know to be really true. I am truly enough!!! Im more than enough to see and be the unique feminine soul that I am. That my creative feminine flow appears through our own unique energy source and another womans through hers, ultimately those energies are all connected as we are women. If we can each find a way to practice deep gratitude for ourselves and one another then we no longer have the need to mirror ourselves from other women. The outcome is simple - to support you through the challenges, blocks and changes that you are facing or have faced. We are going to solve the 3 biggest problems that hinder women as they go through these exper...iences. Loss of identity, loss of connection, loss and grief. First, we will work with you to reclaim your power, your voice, and most importantly, your identity. Through the process of reclaiming your voice, you will begin to recognise greatness within you and that will give rise to your self- confidence and your self- esteem. We help you to connect to your intuition and uncover your soul intention for this world. The result will be that you begin to stand in your own power, believing your own greatness, and to shine brightly wherever you are. Next, we will work on realigning your desires, vision, and goals. We may have been conditioned to believe that our needs, wants and desires don’t matter, and that others’ needs are more important than mine and thus you have forgotten to take care of yourself. 05.01.2022 Powerful Tools One of the most powerful personal development tools I’ve experienced during a dark and challenging period in my life was Art Therapy. OMG !!!!...! It allowed me to change tiny and great things in my life, in my mindset and to see I could make a difference in my own life. I felt such a huge shift overtime, I decided to study this powerful tool. I thought to myself the best thing that could happen is that I discovered more cool things about myself and then the DREAM would be even more AWSOME that I could help others in their times of uncertainty. How did it help me in my darkest times you ask? Guided by specific Art Therapy tools I come out of my head and into my heart and created from this powerful place. It was not about how my creations looked just about being in the present. I was open to anything to help me and allowed my hands to create and show me the way. 01.01.2022 Full Moon Virtual Womens Circle Tonight 7.45pm I began Reignite Blessing Circles a few years ago as I am deeply passionate about empowering women to have a voice and to give ALL women the opportunity to find their magic and purpose with clarity and ease. ... Each circle offers every woman a chance to realize their voice and clear the stories that may have been holding them back. The guided processes and rituals differ each time, as we as women are forever changing. COVID has certainly changed our reality from being out in the world to being incredibly insular and many of us find ourselves with so much more screen time than ever before. Most people I speak to say it takes so much more energy and sensory awareness to be present with other people on each call especially with the use of earphones as well. So with that in mind tonight we will offer our feminine wisdom and knowledge into the Circle, I will take this opportunity to nurture and guide you through a relaxing and restorative meditation including a sound bath to nourish your body, mind and soul so you may float into your evening completely blissed out As this is a Fundraiser event all ticket sales will be 100% donated to Samugan Jaly Home In Pondicherry India.
