I hear you, I feel this too. ... I think it’s important to remember that, what we think, we create. Keep your thoughts positive. Remove yourself from negative and doomsday people, they’re feeding your fear. Relax, meditate. Turn off the tv and disengage from social media. Go sit in the sun, and ground yourself. Use your common sense, try to breathe deeply, this will pass. Love and light to you all
