24.01.2022 CORD CUTTING This might sound really weird to some people but energetic cords are a real thing! And cutting them can make a huge difference to your life. Energetic cords can be tied to past relationships, situations, or experiences. I always ask Archangel Michael for help with cutting cords (for my own & for my clients).... Cords can be draining so once they are cut & released it allows the fullness of your spiritual light & energy to be restored. Here is a technique that can help: Invite your angels to assist you in scanning your energy from head to toe. Notice any areas in your physical body or in your energy where a cord is attached. These areas may feel heavy, tired, tingly, or sore. You may not feel anything at all, and rather, you just seem to know where cords are attached, or you may be able to mentally see their presence. With help from your angels, become aware of a cord that drains you now. What encounter, fear, or past experience tied this cord to your energy in the first place? When you are in a state of love and joy, cords cannot attach. But when your energy weakens due to worry, fear or other lower vibrations, even for a moment, you allow yourself to be corded and your energy is subtly drained. Are you willing to let go of this cord? With your yes, ask Archangel Raphael to pull on the cord. Ask Archangel Michael to cut the cord with his sword of light and release the root, the cord, and all residue fully and completely. Now all energy that was yours, which was drained consciously or unconsciously, returns to you cleansed and purified. Feel a boost in your energy, and feel your light and power beginning to return to you now. I was in a dark place (literally my house was haunted )... & months after I left that hole a Shaman told me that I was saved from that house like Jonah was saved by a whale . 06.01.2022 If youve had a reiki session with me I would have mentioned that my main sense is Claircognizance, I just know things... Intuitive messages are received from my spiritual tribe eg spirit guides, archangels, ancestors & my higher self in this way, sometimes I receive them in other clair ways but this is my primary sense. I believe EVERYONE is intuitive & as you begin to further develop your own intuitive senses youll begin to get a sense of who is sending you messages ...eg. Your spirit guide, guardian angel, higher self (inner being, soul), a loved one from heaven or someone else from your spiritual tribe. If you want to discover your main intuitive sense, here are two simple ways: ask your angels for signs and pay attention to your surroundings meditate, meditate, meditate (or find time to be quiet & still to connect with your senses - what do you feel, smell, taste, hear in the room?) 06.01.2022 New Moon Reflections All day Ive been thinking about the EGO...... Ego work is the practise of witnessing the ego. ... What stories does your ego tell you? Are you stuck in fear based thoughts? Tomorrows new moon is the perfect time to reflect on how you speak to yourself... are you being true to you? Are your words empowering you? Or disempowering you... Write it down girlfriend, journal it.... Tomorrow is the perfect time to begin again (just like the new moon) make some positive intentions + wishes ... this is one way to take your power back! Personally Ill be making a list of all my fear based thoughts & beside each one I will list an action that I can take to make me feel more empowered & in control of my life. They say to truly awaken is to be aware of the thoughts that you have, to recognise your ego & the lies it tells you to keep you small.
