15.04.2022 Due to continued working from home adaptations to my home based Reiki studio, I'm still only offering virtual distance Reiki sessions - they are just as effective, cost $50 which includes pre/post session virtual facetime consultations and approx. 25-30 mins of distance Reiki. Please contact me if you would like to understand how distance Reiki works or to book in a session.

A simple quick technique is just to stop, take a few deep breaths, and observe how you are feeling, then proceed - be kind to yourself, stay safe

03.04.2022 I'm currently only offering distance Reiki sessions - as the Reiki studio is in my home and is being used for dual purposes during continued working from home covid restrictions. If you are open to receiving Reiki the virtual distance Reiki sessions are just as effective. Cost $50 includes: approx. 15 min pre consultation/explanation via video chat, then distance Reiki lasts 25-30 mins (you just need to be in a quiet place where you can relax without any interruptions), plus post consultation and follow up via phone/text/or email. 25.03.2022 Unfortunately as my business is home based, without a separate entrance or facilities I am still not permitted by the current Victorian COVID regulations to open for in person Reiki sessions. If you are missing Reiki treatments please reach out to me - virtual distance Reiki sessions are just as effective.

16.03.2022 Although in person Reiki is currently not permitted in Melbourne, we are still allowed to do distance Reiki. I know it probably seems weird, initially I was skeptical myself, but it does work, I have learnt how to channel Reiki energy to find you wherever you may be in the world...The process for a session is similar, pre/post consultations conducted via virtual calls, and all you need to do is think of your intention for the session, and find a quiet space/no interruptions where you can sit/lay down and chillax for 25-30 minutes (appreciate this bit can be tricky at the moment with home schooling/working). 19.02.2022 Update: in person Reiki is not permitted in Melbourne due to Covid stage 3 lockdown restrictions currently in place until 16th August 2020. I'm really missing treating clients but keep reminding myself of the concept of impermanence! Stay safe everyone

01.02.2022 COVID update - Reiki is now permitted in Victoria this week; however, as my studio is in my own home I'm waiting a bit longer before re-opening for in person sessions, will keep you posted.
