22.01.2022 So many people ask me if distance healings are effective. I think I'll just leave this testimonial here, to put your minds at ease! ;) "I live remotely from Reiki Star and a changing work roster makes distance healings so convenient, but I've also found I can be more comfortable and sound in my own space. I underestimated distance healing at first thinking it wouldn't be as strong but time and again I've been amazed at what Jo can do. Twice now she has saved me from two diff...erent surgeries. In just one session I was able to address my torn shoulder and get off all the pain medication and creams and oh the blessed relief of a full night's sleep! Not only did members receive some powerful and relevant guidance, they also received some potent energy healing from the spirits of these incredible animals.... We worked through releasing past life blockages, bringing poise and playfulness into future endeavours, the importance of giving your energy a "spring-clean", and lots more. 15.01.2022 "Call on strength, compassion and love to manifest your deepest desires." (For your highest good and greatest joy, always.) This was the take away from today's recorded mediation for Reiki Star members. I delivered a very powerful manifesting mediation to all members today, and it was so interesting to see how it all unfolded as the meditation progressed. (Remembering, my meditations are never planned by me - instead, they are channelled through me by Spirit!) The actual act ...of manifesting was such a small part of the meditation - the bulk of it was all about preparation: calling in energies of strength, compassion, love and more. It was about getting those foundations laid, to make the act of manifesting as potent as possible. Sometimes, it's more about the legwork than the actual act itself. Such a great reminder for us all! 15.01.2022 Gabby the Guide has come into my life with the full force of her awesomeness. I shared the full experience with Reiki Star members last night, but here's a little preview: I'm learning to channel in the first person (eg the Higher Being uses my mouth, throat and voice to communicate) and yesterday I had a massive breakthrough. Gabrielle came swanning into my life with carefree abandon yesterday and she gave me some much-needed guidance on a personal matter via a very cool con...versation that involved me talking to her using my thoughts, and Gabby talking to me using my voice and spoken words. How amazing is that??!! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ If you've been trying to develop a gift, or even get started with some kind of energy or spiritual work and you feel like you are floundering - hang in there! When the time is right, it will happen. And it will continue to happen as you grow and learn and change. I feel like I'm constantly starting over with this energy work stuff - never a dull moment! It has taken me many months of blanks and blocks and excuses and interruptions and epic fails but I gave it a break when I felt overwhelmed or frustrated and when I felt the time was right, I had another go. And another. And another. And then yesterday everything just fell into place. So please keep going with whatever you are working on or aspiring to. Take a break, reset, then have another go. This letter confirms what I have long suspected - our community needs us. And we need our community. Working together for a greater cause is like nothing I've ever experienced before. 11.01.2022 I'm currently going through a massive growth period right now. I'm being inundated with downloads and messages from Spirit on a personal and a business level and it's making me VERY excited!! I've already fine-tuned my current offering of Reiki Star memberships in line with my recent visions. And next on my list, is to play with some other visions and messages I've been receiving lately... I'm seeing the words "one-day retreat", and I can even see the venue (but I'm yet to ac...tually find it!). I'm being shown how to adapt my healing style, to incorporate more participation from the receiver. There's a powerful creative energy coming through. And my channelling gift is also being developed big time... I'm so excited about exploring this!!! ~ Jo

I love preparing a space every time I do a healing session - it's a big part of the offering! It's so important to have a safe, clear, inviting space to do any spiritual work....
