14.01.2022 #FBF PROJECT | ORANA IN RESIDENCE, SYDNEY What an amazing project this was to be involved in late last year, working with SJB Architects for the incredible Restaurant Orana ... Led by their amazing chef & owner, Jock & his wife Lauren, who created an unbelievable dining experience in the most captivating space for Sydney-siders to try out for just 4 weeks! We learnt first hand that the food was just as amazing as the fit-out . We did our bit by creating various space dividers in the space with a mixture of sheer and solid curtains on custom bent tracks, suspend from the ceiling to clear existing services. Achieving a homely finish was of utmost importance for this charitable project, as was keeping costs to a minimum while not compromising on qua...lity and ensuring product selections were completely fit for purpose. . Heavy drapes with a contrast hems along with privacy curtains and bedspreads in the in the resident bedrooms, plus elegant sheer curtains in the common spaces, and neutral blinds throughout, all helped to complete this extension to the existing facility as well as providing a practical solution for the end users.
